At White & Son, we follow a simple process so you get nothing less than a quality piece of fine craftsmanship fitted into your home. We are able to provide either a complete design, build and installation for all our bespoke pieces, or we can work alongside your designer and/or architect. Below is our process for a full design, build and installation of our staircases, paneling and joinery work:
Following your initial contact we discuss your proposal and advise you on the practicality of the build. We then give you a rough cost of the design, build and installation.
We will request that you send concept drawings to us, if they are available once costings have been approved, as well any other requirements you may have.
Once you are happy to proceed, the next stage will involve a visit to the site so we can see the type of space we’re working with.
The visit includes a survey and a drawn up plan by us, detailing important factors we should adhere to.
The cost for this service would vary depending on the work involved, but we will always discuss this with you prior to our visit to ensure you are happy.
Once all plans are finalised, we begin the design and build process.
We maintain regular contact with you throughout this stage and enable you to have full control of the entire process.
We want you to be nothing less than 100 percent happy with the finished product.
